Tom is an architect who specialises in housing. He has extensive experience in delivering projects of all types and scales, from specialist homes for older people to estate regeneration schemes. Tom is a true 'all-rounder', combining strong conceptual design skills with detailed technical knowledge. He is also adept at engaging stakeholders and communities throughout the design and development process.

 

Tom has a particular interest in housing for older people, having led many award-winning sheltered, extra care and intergenerational housing schemes such as Hazelhurst Court in Lewisham and Melfield Gardens. He has been a member of the Intergenerational England Advisory board since 2024.
